Private Label Manufacturing is a customized service. Because each order is customized to meet your requested specifications, all orders are NON REFUNDABLE. Due to this policy, we strongly recommend that you purchase
pre-production samples before finalizing your private label order. This will ensure that you are receiving the fragrance and color mix you expect.
Please read carefully: There is a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 for this service. $100 of this deposit amount will be applied towards any orders that are placed within six weeks of delivery of your pre-production samples. The pre-production sample kit consists of four (4) customized items of your choice in a 2 ounce size. Items must consist of the stock options listed online at alimarlabs.com. Approval of the final pre-production samples will be required by the customer before placing a final order.
Once we have received approval of the pre-production sample, production of the private label order will begin. Changes to orders after production has begun cannot be accepted.
Pre-Production samples allow you to get a sense of what our pre-made, stock private label base products will smell and look like when scented and/or colored with our stock fragrance and/or color options.
