WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: When the weather is warm, we strongly suggest adding cold packs and insulation to your cart for lip balm. We also recommend expedited shipping and delivery of your order to an address where someone can accept it right away. If no one is there to accept the package, we suggest leaving a note telling the driver/postal worker not to leave it in the sun.

IMPORTANT: Adding the cold packs and insulation does not imply a guarantee that your lip balm will not melt, but the ice packs and thermal insulation will provide up to 24 hours of cold in transit. Please use your judgment when ordering lip balm during hot months since we cannot provide a refund or credit for melted lip balms. UPS vehicles are not temperature controlled. Whenever possible, we ship lip balms early in the week to reduce time in a hot vehicle. During hotter months, we do not ship lip balms on Fridays or before major holidays or long weekends. This may cause delays for shipments that contain other items.
